Contaktly terms of service

Contaktly is a service of Tekartik: contact forms whose messages are mailed to their owner, without showing the owner's address. By using the web app you accept these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account whose email address is verified. The messages of your forms go to that address. Keep your account safe: what is done with it is done by you.

Your forms

  • A free form takes messages for the time you choose, 1 hour to 7 days; you can open it again at any time. Its page stays, and says it is closed in between.
  • You are responsible for what your forms show (your name, your picture, and, with the plan, their title, introduction and image) and for what you do with the messages you get.
  • To keep spam down, each owner gets at most one message every 5 seconds, 3 a minute and 10 an hour; Contaktly may change these limits.

What is not allowed

No unlawful, offensive or misleading content; no impersonation of a person or an organisation; no use of Contaktly to collect messages for someone else, to send spam or to harass. Anyone can report a form from its page. Tekartik may block a form, or its owner, that breaks these terms, at once and without notice.

The plan

  • The plan costs 2 € or 2 $ a month, or 15 € or 15 $ a year, taxes that apply included. Payment opens soon; the price shown when you subscribe is the one that applies.
  • It renews itself at the end of each period. You can turn renewal off in the app at any time: the plan then lasts until the end of the paid period, and stops. A period started is not refunded.
  • If a payment fails, the plan keeps working while Stripe tries again, then stops with the subscription.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, you ask, when you subscribe, for the plan to start at once; the withdrawal right that the law gives you applies as the law says.
  • When the plan stops, your forms stay: they become free forms again.

The service

Contaktly is provided as it is, with care but without a guarantee that it always works or that every message arrives. Tekartik is liable only as the law requires. Tekartik may change the service and these terms; the new terms apply from their publication on this page, and to a running plan from its next period.
